Merge between Viña Veramonte and Viña Neyen Apalta (700ha).

Spanish group (international presence and revenues of 300 million Euros) to acquire a Chilean wine group. They bought control of Veramonte Neyen in 2016.

Sale by the Beth wines group of a farm with 350ha of vine yards and 250ha of land to a USA private investor in 2015.

Sale of 400ha of wine assets by a US wine company to a Chilean winery in 2016.

Sale of 800ha of fruit assets by a Chilean company to a US company in 2016.

Sale of 400ha of wine assets by a American wine company to a Chilean wine company in 2016.

RECAREDO OSSA

Recaredo is an Agricultural Technician and a citizen of Chile. Growing up on farm, he dedicated all of his professional career to the fruit and wine business and has thirty years of agriculture sector experience. He also received fruit production and post-harvest training at the University of California at Davis in the United States.

His extensive production and commercial experience in Chile, USA, Mexico, Turkey, Cyprus, Canada, and Saudi Arabia has given him a very broad agriculture sector outlook and allows him to manage and lead a wide range of agribusiness investments in companies such as Frupac, Sofruco, Viña La Rosa, Ventisquero, Veramonte, etc.

He actively participates on several Boards of Directors of companies in the agriculture industry.

Some of his key skills and professional attributes include strong negotiation skills, flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing market scenarios.

GIANCARLO PAPA

Giancarlo is an Agricultural Engineer and a citizen of Chile. He has twenty years of experience in the commercial areas of leading companies in the agribusiness, food and beverage businesses, including Viña Ventisquero, Agrosuper, Guallarauco. He graduated from the Universidad Católica
de Chile.

He has vast executive experience in national and multinational companies in the areas of business planning and development with responsibility for key functions such as cost management, planning-related analyses, exports
and distribution.

With a strong orientation over his career toward business strategy development, his successful accomplishments include the development of business operations in markets such as the UK and the US, the administration of business units, leadership of high level and multicultural teams and development of high value- added projects.

Some of his key skills and professional attributes include strong negotiation skills, flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing market scenarios.
